Support groups bring people together who are going through similar experiences. This allows people to share personal experiences, first hand information or feelings on dealing with what they are going through.

When you are feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, it can feel like you are the only person dealing with so much. That’s why support groups are so helpful. They are filled with people in similar situations.

Some benefits of participating in a support group can include:
