How do I get started?
You can contact us at any time with questions or for a free in-home
assessment. We can identify your wants and needs then give you
further instructions on how to get started. To get a jump start on
starting services please see the instructions listed below.
Unfortunately, we cannot start the process with Medicaid for you, if
you already have Medicaid and you are in need of extra assistance
please follow the steps below.
(Please note this process can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks)
- Contact Medicaid and ask them to send a nurse to evaluate you for
PCS (personal care services)
- Medicaid will send a nurse out to evaluate your need for services, tell your nurse at this time which agency you would like your services to be through
- You will receive a letter from Medicaid about 1 week after your nursing assessment telling you if you are approved and how many hours you have been approved for.
- Medicaid will also send us your information and we will contact you within 24-48 hours of receiving your information to get services started.
Give us a call and we will come out for a free in-home assessment to
discuss wants, needs, schedules, payment, and services. Our director
can then build a plan of care based upon the assessment and get staff

refer you for home care service with the agency of your choice. The
VA will then send us the information we need, and we can contact you within 24-48 hours of receiving your information to get services started.
Blue Cross or Private Insurance
Please contact your insurance company to see if your plan covers
home care or personal care services.
